Since my last newsletter I did both wellygeddon and overload (oof!). It was full on, but a good couple first events of the year! Even if I had to rearrange my panels from half table to full table and back to half again....
I posted a couple tiktoks of best/worst sellers (+numbers) at each event, if that's something you're ever curious about. I've been thinking of making graphs at some point....
I'll be at Auckland Armageddon next weekend (31-2 June) - my store will be closed for those few days, but will be back as soon as I'm home, and should be open through June/July. As always, con & store updates are mostly likely to be found in my insta stories.

I finally finished my deathcap mushroom cosplay to wear at wellygeddon - and I drew a quick little deathcap to make into a sticker to give to people. it was a hit.
The murderbot show is coming out very soon (I guess it will have when I post this) and I'm pretty excited for most of it, though I wish they hadn't cast it as the Option Which Will Only Exacerbate The Problem Of Everyone He/Him-ing Murderbot.....I drew something about it. This art has done numbers on tumblr, damn. It's also a sticker!
This art had a lot of people talking to me about murderbot at Overload, so I spent a lot of the time behind my table drawing more murderbot! Here's a no-armour mb and also mb + ART (which I made to be a sticker)
Speaking of aroace book fanart - I also finally finished this Butterfly Assassin illustration that I've been slowly working on for months. I was really struggling with doing a loose graffiti style and also the colour palette lmao
Lots of Murderbot art! There's a miniprint, the pronouns sticker (matte), the ART sticker (sparkly) and aroace stickers (sparkly). I've just printed a couple versions but I have an option to order some of the other designs - which will be available on and off. I just don't want to have 10 different versions lying around all the time.
Also - I am running slightly low on the bookmarks.....they will be restocked, but possibly not immediately!
I did also put a couple of the sticker designs on redbubble if that's more your style!
I finally got some prints of my Dragonfall art! These were commissioned by L for the preorder campaign, and I've got permission to sell them now. The borders are printed in gold ink - it's pretty subtle, but it sparkles a little in the sun.

in other news last week I did the Paparoa and saw probably the most fungi I've ever seen over a couple days lmao. Including werewere-kokako (the blue cone ones) for the first time ! 54 of them! (wtf) I will probably make a zine of these sometime
