Hello! It’s been a while, but I’m back with new art and an open store! I went tramping a bit in the meantime. saw some creatures
Also, I won a hugo award? It feels like ages ago already, but I made a thank you post thing here since I couldn’t be there obviously. Yeah! Cool!

A busy few months coming up!
I’ll be at the Newtown Market next week (5th October), then the following weekend is Zinefest (12th) and Great Games With Pals (13th). Auckland Armageddon is on the 25th-28th! Then I have a couple more Wellington events planned later on.

Open now! It’s going to be closing on and off over the next few months, when I’m at events - I usually try to open it asap when I get home from an event.
I’ve restocked my fantasy sticker sheets, finally! These are from a new manufacturer, so they’re slightly larger (a6) and are slightly different colours. They’re still journal stickers but they have a laminate surface so they’re a bit tougher. (I still have leftovers of some of the old versions - they’re on sale!)

New prints! Of some of the new art you can see below, and also of my A Dark And Drowning Tide art finally! I ended up getting both versions (though I might phase out what, and also got larger a4 versions since I feel like it’s so small at a5 size!

New Art
Did a quick illustration of Marney from Metal From Heaven by August Clarke! I read an arc a few months ago. It’s really good. It comes out in October. I based this a little on that one lucifer painting, with the eye.
I played around with 3d effects to make some liquid metal text too (but then gradient map’d it to make the style fit more) There’s a little process vid on tiktok & insta.

I also drew the main characters from The Invocations by Krystal Sutherland! I don’t think Jude looks sickly or butch enough on the cover so I had to take things into my own hands….
I went to visit my friend at the kārearea falcon trust last month! Got treated to an up close flight from Scout, and I drew her based on my photos! These are gonna be stickers (some profits going to the trust).
The kickstarter has been launched for an omnibus special edition of the Monster Girlfriend trilogy! This has 3 chapter illustrations (the two new ones below) and endpaper art by me, as well as a beautiful pink and foil cover and lots of other details!
Endpaper pattern preview… (not final yet). The kickstarter ends mid October so get in fast!
Otherwise I have a couple new bookmarks/stickers on the way, and I’ve been working on some new zines! I’ll probably send another update with those in a couple weeks.
