hello! happy new year etc
Made a couple tiktok wrapup things of all my 2024 original art and fanart(/book related commissions etc). I also made a tumblr post wrapup of all my book fanart!

My store will be back open in February - probably the very start of the month but I might delay it til cosplay photofest (8/9th) is over because I tend to be very busy then!
I had some pretty good end of year events at Hidden Gems and the Weird Xmas Market! And I topped up the stock of bookmarks at The Open Book in Auckland and bookmarks/stickers/pins at Covenant in Wellington, if you’re looking for anything in the meantime.
Upcoming events this year are Wellington Armageddon and Overload in April! Probably more later on, but mostly not planned yet.
New Art
I did some more A Dark and Drowning Tide art:
An an illustration of Marney and Goss on the fingerbluffs from Metal From Heaven, which was a fun style experiment.
And also…… have been doing character designs of basically every single character in metal from heaven. A lot of these are kinda first-pass designs, more in an overall cast worldbuilding kind of way than getting in depth on every character’s design, sort of thing. still working on them.
I have more sketches coming soon too…
I made some handmade paper for the first time in a while! I made a loooot and had fun with various patterns. These will be on my store when it reopens in February! More photos on instagram.
I actually made most of this early last year, but I only just posted this book nook I made for my friend’s birthday! Completely made by me except for the butterflies which are by @sharkeesart, and posters etc. You can find more photos & video on instagram!
